Who we are

WE ARE A NON-DENOMINATIONAL CHRISTIAN YOUTH DISCIPLESHIP GROUP.

AGES 6TH GRADE TO 12TH GRADE.

At F U S E Discipleship Collective,

we believe in collaboration,

not competition.

We DO NOT want to replace or take away from other scheduled services or youth programs. Instead, we aim to work hand-in-hand with surrounding churches to strengthen and support the youth in Effingham County together. Our mission is clear: to “Collectively” disciple our children—united in faith and purpose.

We provide a welcoming and safe space where young people from different churches can come together to worship, praise, pray, and learn alongside their friends who share the same core beliefs. By fostering these connections, we help build a strong foundation rooted in Christ.

Through our activities and teachings, we focus on equipping youth to live out their faith authentically—as followers of Christ, as disciples, and as disciple-makers. We aim to inspire them to grow spiritually and to carry that growth into their communities and beyond.

Our ultimate goal is to dissolve the lines between neighborhoods and congregations to FUSE those individual groups into one connected COMMUNITY. Together, we can build a vibrant, unified community that nurtures our children’s faith and friendships for years to come.

At F U S E Discipleship Collective, our focus is on unity and growth in Christlike love rather than dividing over religious or doctrinal differences. We intentionally create a space where our youth community feels safe and supported, free from debates that can cause confusion or conflict. Our hope is that through shared service, friendship, and learning, every student—from 6th to 12th grade—can grow closer to God and one another without the distraction of theological disagreements. This approach helps us foster a welcoming environment where love and grace lead the way.

testimony

In the early days of this ministry’s creation, we found ourselves at a crossroads, yearning for clarity and purpose. My husband and I were earnest in our nightly prayers, pouring out our hearts in tears, asking the Lord to guide us. “We are open. We are ready. Here we are, Lord—send us.” That surrender was real and raw.

Then came the night I couldn’t sleep. Restless and uneasy, I lay awake—something tugging deeply on my heart and mind. It was unusual; we’re usually asleep by 9:30 or 10 pm. I prayed again, this time asking for rest. But the Holy Spirit whispered back, “Not yet—not until you get this right and understand what I am giving you.”

So, I stayed up through the night, jotting down every impression, every insight, every word the Holy Spirit placed on my heart. It was a sacred time of revelation and confirmation, a time when the vision for F U S E Discipleship Collective ignited. We knew then this was not just our idea; it was a calling planted deeply by the Holy Spirit—a direction poured out in love to nurture a community of youth growing closer to Christ and each other.

That night marked the beginning of something greater than ourselves—a ministry birthed through prayer, surrender, and the gentle yet persistent guidance of the Spirit. Here we are, still listening, still following, sending out light for the next generation.
